Α 10% deposit of the total amount is required to confirm the reservation. At your arrival the remaining balance can be settled by cash or debit/credit card. Cancellations made up to 7 days prior to the scheduled pick up date are eligible for a full refund, no questions asked.

All reservations include Full Coverage Insurance, except in a few special cases on Luxury Group Cars. Off-road driving is not covered by any insurance. The Full Collision Damage Waiver (FCDW) is included in the total price of the car and is not paid extra. It is also marked at the rental agreement so that the terms are clearer.

Upon arrival at either the airport or port, a representative of ours will meet you to deliver your rental car. We will be holding a tablet with the reservation name on it. Also, we will both have each other’s contact information to ensure a smooth pick up experience.

In the event that the pickup location is different, such as a hotel or a town center, we will reach out (via Phone, WhatsApp, Telegram or Viber) to you to arrange all necessary details for the pickup that best suits your needs.

Yes, you can. At RoadCrete we give you the opportunity to pick up and drop off your vehicle at any airport that suits you. For example, if you arrive in Crete from Heraklion airport and leave from Chania airport, you can pick up your vehicle at the former and drop it off at the latter. And, of course, vice versa.

Heraklion Airport Office operating hours are 08:00 to 23:00.

Chania Airport Office operating hours are 08:00 to 21:30.

For service outside the operating hours, an extra 20€ fee will apply.

Sure. Up to 7 days before the day of your pickup, we can either cancel your entire reservation and make a new one or modify the existing one free of charge just by contacting us.

In case of key loss, you should contact +306949774607 or +306946565578 in order to bring a replacement key. Key loss is not covered by any insurance, so extra charges will apply.

Before returning the rental car to the designated location, you must return the car’s reservoir/container in the same level as it was stated on the rental contract. In case you choose a Fuel Plan (Full to Empty) at your reservation you can return it empty gas.

If you find out at the same moment do not turn on the engine. In any other case stop the engine immediately and call the rental company for assistance. At your rental agreement it displays clearly the type of your car fuel.

If your driving license has been issued by the European Union, you do not need an International Driving License to rent a car in Crete or anywhere else in Greece. In any other case an International Driving License is required.

Flight delays are very common so you will not miss your reservation. Will be very helpful for you and for us to inform in time so we can reschedule the program and be there at your arrival. If your flight lands in after-hours(23:00-7:59am) an additional charge (+20€) will be applied.
